Data we collect

We only process the data you give us voluntarily when you contact us, plus the minimum technical information that comes with that communication.

• Contact form: your name, your phone number and, if you fill it in, your town or city.
• WhatsApp: your phone number, the name shown on your profile, and the content of the messages you exchange with us.
• Conversations with the automated assistant: we store the history of the conversation held over WhatsApp, including the assistant's replies.
• Campaign parameters: if you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, we store the attribution parameters carried in that link and the page you started the conversation from.
• Technical data: the IP address the form was submitted from, which we use to limit abusive automated submissions.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a meeting, and follow up on that enquiry commercially.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or start the WhatsApp conversation, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326). You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We do not sell or transfer your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions producing legal effects on you.

Automated assistant on WhatsApp

Enquiries started on WhatsApp may be answered by an automated assistant. The content of those messages is processed through an external language model provider in order to compose the reply, and is recorded in our database.

You can ask to speak to a person at any time: the assistant stops replying and the conversation is handed over to a human.

Where it is stored and who it is shared with

Data is stored in a database managed by an external infrastructure provider, and the site is hosted with an external hosting provider. Internal notifications are sent through an external email provider.

The messaging service that carries WhatsApp messages is operated by its own provider, which processes that data under its own policies.

The site also includes an advertising measurement tag from an external provider, which lets us attribute the visits arriving from our ads.

These providers act as data processors and access the data only to provide their service to us. Some of them may store the information outside Argentina. We do not share your data with third parties for those third parties' own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and conversation history for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Once that period expires, or once we receive your deletion request, we delete the data except for anything we are required to keep under a legal, accounting or tax obligation.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification of, updating of, and deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Under section 14(3) of Ley 25.326, a data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest in a shorter interval is established.

Argentina's Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims concerning breaches of personal data protection rules.

How to exercise your rights

Write to the contact address at the end of this page, telling us which right you want to exercise and which phone number or email address you contacted us from, so we can identify your records.

We handle access requests within ten calendar days, and rectification, updating or deletion requests within five business days, following the deadlines in Ley 25.326.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we publish the updated version at this same address and change the last-updated date shown above.
